How to Buy Fragrance Safely on Amazon
Know who the seller is. Each product on this page tells you whether it is sold by Amazon, by the brand's own Amazon store (such as Armani beauty or Jean Paul Gaultier), by Woot (an Amazon company) or by a third-party seller. Third-party sellers can be perfectly legitimate, but check their rating and return policy before buying an expensive bottle.
Check size and concentration. The same name can mean an Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum or Parfum in several sizes. Compare price per milliliter, not price per bottle: a large bottle is often much cheaper per spray.
Read the discount line. A large percentage off a list price can still be an ordinary price. A discount against Amazon's typical price means the bottle is cheaper than what people were recently paying: Amazon explains both reference prices here.
Sample first for expensive bottles. At Creed or Parfums de Marly prices, a sample or discovery set is cheap insurance against a bottle you do not like.

Black Friday is Friday, November 27, 2026, and Cyber Monday is Monday, November 30. Amazon has not announced its 2026 sale window yet; in 2025 its Black Friday Week ran from November 20 through Cyber Monday, December 1.
